Nang Don Restaurant is named after the legendary figure Nang Don - a tale of beauty at the foot of Chieu Lau Thi Mountain. In ancient times, in the land of Nang Don, there was an exceptionally beautiful and talented young woman who garnered the admiration of all. With her noble character and exceptional abilities, she was embraced and rose to a position of authority. The story of Nang Don spread far and wide through oral tradition.

We also source fresh produce directly from local farmers to use in our food preparation, supporting the regional agricultural economy.
Additionally, we have implemented a Linen and Towel Reuse Program, which encourages guests to reuse their linens and towels during their stay, reducing our environmental impact through decreased water and energy use. Through these initiatives, we aim to create a retreat experience that is not only restorative for our guests, but also positively contributes to the long-term wellbeing of the local people and environment.
